1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing purine.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any products.

2. LEGAL ENTITY

purine.com is operated by Septimal Scientific LLC, a registered limited liability company. All purchases are transactions with Septimal Scientific LLC.

3. INTENDED USE

Products sold on purine.com are manufactured and sold exclusively for the following lawful purposes: (a) laboratory and scientific equipment calibration; (b) simulation and training in clinical, educational, and research settings; (c) product testing in industries including medical device manufacturing, personal care product development, textile manufacturing, and incontinence product testing; (d) novelty and entertainment purposes; and (e) educational demonstrations.

Products sold on purine.com are NOT intended, designed, manufactured, marketed, or sold for the purpose of defrauding, circumventing, defeating, or evading any lawfully administered regulated testing, specimen screening, or compliance monitoring program of any kind. Any such use is expressly prohibited.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that your intended use falls within the permitted categories above and does not involve any attempt to defraud or deceive any person, organization, employer, government agency, court, or testing facility.

4. AGE RESTRICTION

Products sold on purine.com are intended for adults only. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly sell to persons under 18. If we discover that a purchaser is under 18, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

5. LEGAL COMPLIANCE — BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY

The sale, possession, and use of synthetic urine products is regulated or prohibited in certain US states and jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine whether the purchase, possession, and intended use of P100 products is lawful in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Certain states and jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the sale, possession, distribution, or use of synthetic urine or similar products when intended to falsify, alter, or evade a lawfully administered screening, monitoring program, or other regulated testing process. Laws vary by jurisdiction and may change frequently. Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before purchasing, possessing, or using this product.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that your purchase and intended use comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Septimal Scientific LLC shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a buyer's purchase or use in a jurisdiction where such products are restricted or prohibited.

6. PRICING AND ERRORS

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical, technical, or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not payment has been processed. If your payment has already been charged and we cancel the order, we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

Because we ship quickly, orders can only be modified or cancelled before they enter the shipping process. To request a change or cancellation, contact [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified, and the all-sales-final policy in the following section applies. We reserve the right to cancel any order in accordance with the Pricing and Errors and Intended Use sections above.

8. ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on unused products.

The only exception is when a customer places an order with a slower shipping tier but later requires a faster delivery date. In that case only, and limited to orders placed within the previous 30 days, we will permit the return of the slower-shipped order if the customer simultaneously places a new order for the same products with a faster shipping tier. Returned products must be unopened with all seals intact, as unsealed products cannot be resold. Both packages must be in the customer's possession before requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any return is granted at our sole discretion, and granting an exception once does not obligate us to do so again, even in identical circumstances. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact [email protected] within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue, including photos where possible. We will review each case and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund. This does not affect the all-sales-final policy above, which applies to all other circumstances.

10. INCORRECT ITEMS

If we ship an item different from what you ordered, contact [email protected] within 5 business days of delivery with your order number. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund at our discretion.

11. CHARGEBACKS

If you have a concern about an order, contact [email protected] so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a non-fraudulent reason — including buyer's remorse, a change of mind, or any matter covered by the all-sales-final policy — is a violation of these Terms. In the event of a non-fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of the order, delivery, and your agreement to these Terms, and to recover the disputed amount and any associated fees and costs.

12. SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed by 2:00pm PST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST, on Fridays after 2:00pm PST, on Saturdays, or on Sundays ship the next business day. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Free ground shipping is available on all US orders over $145. We reserve the right to substitute a faster shipping method at no additional charge if it results in a faster or equivalent delivery time.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. No product name, brand, logo, or description appears on the outside of the package.

For lost packages: if the customer waives Signature Confirmation at checkout and the package is reported lost or stolen after the carrier marks it as delivered, neither Septimal Scientific LLC nor the carrier bears responsibility. We will initiate a carrier investigation upon request (up to 7 business days). If UPS, FedEx, or USPS declares the package lost, we will issue a credit or replacement after receiving the carrier's confirmation.

Rerouted packages due to customer address error may be subject to a rerouting fee. We are not responsible for delays due to holidays, weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other events beyond our control.

13. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION SERVICE

A Signature Confirmation service (+$8.65) is available at checkout. If this service is waived, UPS, FedEx, or USPS may leave the package at the delivery address without a signature if the carrier deems the location safe. Neither Septimal Scientific LLC nor the carrier is responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation.

14. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to many countries internationally. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product complies with the import laws, customs regulations, and applicable laws of their country or jurisdiction. The purchaser is responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. We cannot be held responsible for delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs.

15. NO WARRANTY

Products are sold as-is. Septimal Scientific LLC makes no express or implied warranty regarding product fitness for any particular purpose, including any purpose other than those listed in the Intended Use section. We make no representation or warranty that P100 products will perform accurately in any regulated screening, specimen screening, or compliance monitoring context, nor do we represent that such use is lawful. Any such use is expressly prohibited by these Terms.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Septimal Scientific LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use of any product sold on purine.com, including but not limited to legal consequences resulting from misuse of products in violation of the Intended Use or Legal Compliance sections.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Septimal Scientific LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of any product purchased on purine.com; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim that your use of a product infringed the rights of any third party.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purine, P100, and associated brand names, logos, and product names are proprietary to Septimal Scientific LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

19. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy, located at purine.com/privacy-policy, governs the collection and use of personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT

By placing an order or using purine.com, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, and other transactional messages. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You further agree that any acknowledgments, confirmations, or consents you provide at checkout — including confirmation that you are at least 18 years of age and that your intended use is lawful — are binding and enforceable. Promotional or marketing emails are sent only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email.

21. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase on purine.com shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington, USA, or through binding arbitration at the election of Septimal Scientific LLC.

22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — ARBITRATION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Class action waiver: you may only bring claims in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action proceeding.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to purine.com. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices posted on purine.com, constitute the entire agreement between you and Septimal Scientific LLC regarding use of this site and purchases made through it.
